Episode 13: Eileen Nearne and Jeanette McAdams
Eileen Nearne was a young woman who became a member of the UK’s Special Operations Executive in France during World War II. Lynn tells us all about how she was awarded the prestigious Croix de Guerre for her bravery and ability to endure life threatening torture from the Nazis, all while keeping her alliance to her fellow members of the SOE. She assisted in espionage, sabotage, and reconnaissance in countries occupied by Nazi Germany and other Axis powers.
Then Rose tells us about Jeanette McAdams who killed almost everyone in her family for a reason no one knows. Jeanette's siblings would mysteriously die anytime she was around, but no one seemed to suspect her until her mother died after drinking a drink made by Jeanette.
